Wholesale Terms + Policies
I am so glad you are interested in becoming a stockist! Please read the terms and policies carefully before placing your order.
Here's a quick list of the things you need to know:
All graphic print orders are a minimum of 10 prints per design. You may choose more than one design to create the 10.
Painting Print orders are a minimum of 10 prints per work. You may choose more than one design to create the 10.
You may not mix the painting and graphic prints to make the 10 minimum.
Minimum print re-orders are 10 prints.
Paintings orders are a minimum of 5 pieces.
Holiday ornaments are a minimum of 10.
Once approved as a stockist I will email you your wholesaler discount code. You will need this code to shop online. At this time, I will also ask you to provide your billing information, which I will use to bill for shipping costs when the order ships.
Stockists receive a 50% discount on print orders. I suggest a retail price of around 50% higher than the wholesale price.
PAINTINGS + CANVAS WORKS
Wholesalers receive a 40% discount on painting orders. I suggest a retail price of around 30-40% higher than the wholesale price.
Wholesalers receive a 50% discount on ornament orders .I suggest a retail price of around 50% higher than the wholesale price.
Shipping + Production Time
All items are shipped First Class US Postal Service, which has a 5-7 day shipping period, unless otherwise requested by the buyer. Faster shipping is available, so just ask. All shipping fees are paid by the buyer and will be billed separately.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for production and shipping on all wholesale print orders.
For in stock painting orders, allow 1-2 weeks for shipping and delivery.
For custom painting wholesale orders please allow 4 - 6 weeks.
Holiday ornaments are delivered/shipped November 1st and the final order date is November 15th for the holiday season.
Payment, Cancellations, Returns + Exchanges
All orders must be paid in full before orders can be processed. If you order online using your discount code, you will pay for your order immediately via credit card. Shipping charges will be invoiced to you electronically at the time your order is shipped.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All cancellations or changes to orders must be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Returns, incorrectly shipped items, and exchanges must be returned within a week of receiving your order. Once the returned item(s) arrive at the studio, your refund will be issued via charge or check ( shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
